Flight Training School Gift Vouchers

For Customers

1. Once you have purchased your voucher from the RAAus Shop and received it in the mail, contact your local participating Flight Training School and advise them that you have a gift voucher.
2. Surrender your gift voucher to the school upon attendance.
3. Voucher is valid only for amount stated and must bear RAAus gold seal, expiry date and unique voucher number.
4. Not redeemable for cash and no change will be given.
5. The bearer of this voucher must be signed up as Temporary Member or Flying Member of RAAus to undertake any flight training.

For Flight Training Schools

1. When a customer presents the Flight Training School voucher at your school for redemption, please check that the voucher contains the RAAus genuine gold seal, expiry date and a unique voucher number.
2. Submit an invoice (including unique voucher number) to admin@raaus.com.au and RAAus will reimburse your school the value of the voucher within 10 working days.
3. The voucher must be retrieved from the customer and posted back to RAAus.
